Michael E. Moskovitz is an equity partner at Freed Kanner London & Millen. Mr. Moskovitz graduated from Indiana University where he concentrated his studies in Political Science and Economics and received his Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors. Mr. Moskovitz graduated from New York University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1996. Mr. Moskovitz is a member of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Moskovitz has been a partner at Freed Kanner London & Millen since its inception in January 2007. Mr. Moskovitz concentrates his practice on complex and commercial litigation, with primary emphasis in class action litigation involving antitrust law, consumer protection law, and contract law. Mr. Moskovitz has developed an expertise in electronic discovery, negotiating numerous electronic discovery protocols relating to the search for and production of electronic documents. Mr. Moskovitz has also overseen the collection of numerous clients’ electronic documents. Mr. Moskovitz also has extensive deposition experience.

(FKLM is serving as co-lead counsel on behalf of direct purchasers of automotive parts in multiple concurrently active nationwide, antitrust price-fixing cases. To date, the cases have resulted in settlements in excess of $100 million.)
In re Aftermarket Filters Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1957 (N.D. Ill) (FKLM served as co-lead counsel on behalf of direct purchasers of replacement automobile air and oil filters in this nationwide, antitrust price-fixing case. The case resulted in settlements of nearly $18 million.)
In re Methyl Methacrylite Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1768 (E.D. Pa.) (FKLM served as co-lead counsel in this nationwide, antitrust price-fixing action against producers of methyl methacrylate and polymethyl methacrylate. The case resulted in a settlement of over $15 million for the class.)
