Kimberly Justice Appointed
as Lead Counsel

Freed Kanner partner Kimberly Justice was recently appointed to serve as Lead Counsel in Murphy, et al. v. Toyota Motor Corporation, et al., Consolidated Case No. 4:21-cv-00178-ALM (E.D. Tex.), a class action arising from allegations that Toyota manufactured, sold, and leased 2013-2018 Toyota RAV4 vehicles with defective batteries.
