Michael E. Moskovitz
Freed Kanner London & Millen LLCMichael E. Moskovitz is a partner at Freed Kanner London & Millen LLC and has been involved in trial and appellate litigation for more than 15 years. Since 2000, he has concentrated on complex commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on class action litigation involving antitrust, securities fraud, and consumer fraud claims. Mr. Moskovitz previously played a key role in the class action practice of Much Shelist Freed. He is significantly involved in several pending antitrust class actions, In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, MDL 2311 (E.D. Mich.), and In re Vehicle Carrier Services Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2471. Mr. Moskovitz is also a member of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 (Electronic Document Retention and Production) and has spoken at The Sedona Conference’s Midyear meeting and has co-written papers published by The Sedona Conference.
Mr. Moskovitz is a graduate of Indiana University (B.A., 1993) and New York University School of Law (J.D., 1996).
